error when runing with mpiexec

When I run a simple parallel job with mpiexec I get this error:

mpiexec: Error: get_hosts: pbs_connect: Unauthorized Request .


Can someone give me some clues.
I am using torque 2.3.0
and maui 3.2.6p19 with mpiexec 0.83.
