fast commands give warning in case of comm=none

Hello Pete,

if I do something like
	mpiexec -comm=none -pernode hostname
I sometimes get a warning 
	mpiexec: Warning: tasks 0-15 exited before completing MPI
	startup.

So far I only observed this if
- the command is very fast
- or the wrong MPI implementation is specified.

Is it a feature or a bug that "comm=none" sometimes results in the
warning given above for very fast commands?
