Note on ch_p4

Dear mpiexec developers,

>From the "note on ch_p4" in the mpiexec website,  I understand that (A) if mpich is compiled with -comm=shared then one has to compile mpiexec with the option "--disable-p4-shmem". On the other hand, in the README file of mpiexec, it seems that it is the opposite, that is, (B) if one has mpich with --comm=shared  then mpiexec compilation should not include the "-disable-p4-shmem" flag.
I guess that (B) is the correct interpretation. Is this correct?
