Can 64-bit Mpiexec start programs compiled for 32-bit?

The answer is yes, a 64-bit Mpiexec will start programs compiled for
32-bit. All you need is a working MPICH and for it and mpiexec to be
using the same device. ;)

I was able to get this working by rebuilding the 32-bit MPICH libs, and
didn't have to build 32-bit versions of Torque and mpiexec.

Thanks to all who responded, including Kai Germaschewski who responded
off-list.
