Using a 64bit TORQUE MOM and mpichgm, I can't duplicate any errors.

64bit mpiexec, 32bit program... works
64bit mpiexec, 64bit program... works
32bit mpiexec, 32bit program... works
32bit mpiexec, 64bit program... works

I also just tried with mpich-p4 and everything works fine.
