It looks like the patch is already in 0.9.5-117. Can I volunteer to work
on getting mpiexec to work with version 3?

I see from

./mpid/vapi/process/pmgr_client_mpirun_rsh.c

that it seems pretty close to version 2. MVAPICH does

send version
send rank
send size of all addrs put together
send local addr
send size of single pid
send local pid

then read some addrs (which I am still trying to understand).

Anyway let me know how I can help if there are changes needed to mpiexec
for 0.9.5. I am eager to get it working as we are currently stuck with
mpirun_rsh and all it's clunkiness.
