mpiexec and mvapich 0.9.5-117

Hi Pete,

I made the changes suggested at

and

to mvapich-0.9.5 and mpiexec but still get

jdvcn003-m src/hello> mpiexec -n 2 ./hello
mpiexec: Warning: read_ib_startup_ports: protocol version 3 not known,
but might still work.
mpiexec: Error: read_ib_startup_ports: mixed version executables (2 and
3), no hope.
read: Connection reset by peer
read: Connection reset by peer


any ideas? Is there an mvapich patch I need also? Do I need to allow
mpiexec to accept version==3?
