Question about mpiexec and PRUN

I suspect in both cases, this will depend on having some PBS variant
(OpenPBS, PBS Pro, or TORQUE) as the batch environment as well as some
details of the MPI implementation, as mpiexec has to know what
environment variable settings and so forth are used by the MPI
implementation during startup.  I suspect it will not "just work" out of
the box and may require some tinkering on your end.  It's probably
possible, though.
