MVAPICH 0.9.5 and mpiexec

Hi!

Here is patch which includes previous one.
In order to work correctly with MVAPICH-0.9.5, one should define in config.h

#define HAVE_IB_PIDS 1

I'm not friendly with configure business, so, please define in configure 
one more switch "--enable-ib-pids" "--disable-ib-pids" (or whatever you 
want :) ), which will perform this action. I don't see a way to check 
automatically with which version of MVAPICH do we work. Behavior at 
startup is equivalent to behavior of 0.9.4 with one exception - 
processes want to send/recive PIDs.
