MVAPICH 0.9.5 and mpiexec

That's fast given that the new version of mvapich was only officially
released last night!  Keep us informed on how #2 goes.  No one here will
look at the problem for a while.

You might complain to the mvapich people too; this is not the first time
they have made changes that are very bad for compatibility with their
earlier releases.
