Propogation of SIGTSTP ?

Hi folks,

Are there any plans for mpiexec to propogate SIGTSTP onto child processes so 
that users can suspend MPICH jobs run via mpiexec using qsig -s ?

This seems to have been talked about before on the Torque list and this email 
mentions at least one site that have hacked the ability in themselves:
