mpiexec over infiniband?

Hello,

	Im trying to get mpiexec run on my Atlix350 with IB

I have compiled mpiexec with ./configure --with-pbs=/usr/pbs --with-default-comm=mpich-ib

when I run a job through pbs I get the output below;

I don't really have a clue as to what that means.

I have sgi's voltaire mpi in
/usr/voltaire/mpi

I'm not sure mpiexec knew how to compile with these libraries or not, or maybe I need 
another set of libraries.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  I'm a new sysadmin and MPI and PBS 
are both new to me.
