output redirection in torque1.0.1p6.

Hi.

Have anyone succeded in applying the pbs-2.3.12-mpiexec.diff patch to torque 
1.0.1p6?

I tried to do it by hand, but have messed up something so now mpiexec doesn't 
work anymore.
