PBS patches: Do they apply tp Torque?

Just beginning to download and install the latest group of software from 
supercluster.org.  The replacement for OpenPBS is now Torque, as you 
well know.  My question is do I still need to install the PBS patches or 
have those things been rolled into the Torque release now?  I see that 
some patches from OSC will be applied to the next patch release. Are 
these those?
