Gentoo ebuilds for mpiexec

Hello,

I've created Gentoo ebuilds for distributing mpiexec in the Gentoo Linux 
distribution.  I'm using them in my local portage tree, but since Gentoo 
is popular and does not have mpiexec included in their distro I 
figured that you might want to submit these ebuilds to Gentoo.

I've put my details (email/name) in 'metadata.xml' you should substitute 
in your own.
