mpiexec and mpich-gm-1.2.5..10

Sure enough, those myricom folks went and broke compatibility yet again.
Now I have to figure it out and debug yet another version.  And users will
be forced to keep mpiexec versions with mpich-gm versions yet again.  Yes
I'm annoyed.  It looks sufficiently different that keeping both
compatible will not be possible.  I'll announce when it's working again.
