mpiexec and mpich-gm-1.2.5..10

We haven't, but perhaps you've got an mpiexec that's too old for even
mpich-gm 1.2.4..8?  Try mpiexec -v and make sure it's >= 0.70.  If so,
looks like we have to port to newer mpich-gm changes.
