mpiexec and mpich-gm-1.2.5..10

Pete,

We are using:
$ mpiexec -version
Version 0.73, configure options: --with-pbs=/usr/local/pbs --with-mpicc=mpicc --with-default-comm=mpich-gm --prefix=/usr/local/app/mpiexec/mpiexec-0.73

This version works fine with 1.2.4..8a and 1.2.4..9.
