Hi, I think it could use the mpiexec-0.68 for PBS-2.3.16 version, in fact, I think it's no relationship between the versions of mpiexec and PBS.I have try mpiexec-0.65 for PBS-2.3.16, it succeed. The only thing you must do specially is add the content of pbs-2.3.12-mpiexec.diff into the pbs source file manually,and remake the pbs. Follow the readme file in the tar of mpiexec,I think it can work.
