problems setting up mpiexec

Thanks for the suggestion, I think this is my problem.

When I installed pbs_mom on the compute nodes, I did it by running
PBS/buildutils/pbs_mkdirs which didn't create any server_file on
the compute nodes.  I can now run 'qstat' on the nodes.
