Updated MPICH-mpiexec patch for MPICH 1.2.4

Okay, thanks for the reminder.  Looks like the mpich guys went through
and fixed or renamed things between 1.2.3-alpha and 1.2.4, obviating the
need for this patch at least.  I'll test and see if anything else is
broken, however.
